30-Day Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if:
- Return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product is in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- Product has not been installed or used
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is available
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging
- Gift cards and promotional items
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
Contact our customer support team via email, phone, or through your account dashboard to initiate a return request.
Step 2: Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and ship it to our return center using the provided address.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after product inspection
- Bank Transfer: May take additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Exchange Policy
You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or model within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged product is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's of lower value, we'll refund the difference.
Return Shipping
- Free Returns: Available for defective or damaged products
- Customer Pays: For returns due to change of mind (unless order value exceeds ₹10,000)
- Pickup Service: Available in select cities for large items
Important Notes
- • Please keep the original packaging until you're satisfied with your purchase
- • Take photos of the product before returning for your records
- • Use secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
- • Include the Return Authorization number on the package
- • Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless product is defective)
