Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of plumbing and bathroom fittings, we allow Replacement Only. Returns are not accepted once the product has been installed.
Eligible Reasons for Replacement
Replacement is applicable only in case of:
- Physical damage at the time of delivery
- Defective product
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
Replacement Period
Customers must raise a replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Important Conditions
- Product must be unused and not installed
- Product must be in original packaging
- MRP tag and all accessories must be intact
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong item claims
- Installed products are not eligible for return or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed products
- Used items
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- Items without original packaging
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Replacement stock is unavailable
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
