At Voie.in, we aim to deliver your kitchen & bathroom fittings safely and quickly.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Custom or bulk orders may take longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or location conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on selected products or minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via Email and SMS (if provided).

5. Delays

Voie.in is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing: support@voie.in

Full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the Replacement Policy if eligible.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD may be available on selected products and pincodes.
• Additional COD charges may apply.
• Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location.

Voie.in reserves the right to disable COD for high-value orders, repeated failed deliveries, or suspicious orders.

Installation Disclaimer

Kitchen & Bathroom fittings must be installed by a professional plumber.

• Leakage due to improper fitting
• Damage caused during installation
• Incorrect water pressure damage
• Rusting due to harsh chemical cleaners
