Warranty Periods

- Standard Products: 5-7 years warranty
- Accessories: 1-2 years warranty
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Functional defects that affect product performance
- Corrosion and rust under normal usage conditions
- Leakage issues due to manufacturing defects
- Finish defects (peeling, chipping, discoloration) under normal use
What's Not Covered
- Damage due to improper installation
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage from hard water, chemicals, or cleaning agents not recommended by Voie
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents or natural disasters
- Products installed in commercial or industrial settings (unless specified)
Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Register Your Product
Register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.
Step 2: Contact Support
Reach out to our customer support team with your warranty registration number and issue description.
Step 3: Documentation
Provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the defect for our team to review.
Step 4: Resolution
We'll assess your claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
