1. Warranty Coverage
Selected products come with a limited warranty against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Functional issues under normal residential usage
Warranty (if applicable) is mentioned on the individual product page.
2. Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Improper installation
- Damage due to incorrect plumbing pressure
- Physical damage after installation
- Rusting due to chemical cleaners
- Wear & tear from regular usage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
3. Warranty Period
Warranty period varies by product and is clearly mentioned on the product page. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery/invoice date.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim:
- Email us at support@voie.in
- Share Order ID
- Share installation proof (if applicable)
- Attach clear photos/videos of the issue
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Resolution
- Product may be repaired or replaced after verification.
- If replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
- Voie.in reserves the right to inspect the product before approval.
